Many Custetch products require customers to upload photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other materials ("Customer Content") for personalization.
By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
Your use of the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, publicity right, privacy right, or other intellectual property rights.
You have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the uploaded photographs where required by law.
The submitted content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Customers are solely responsible for the legality of all uploaded content.
Custetch does not accept orders containing Customer Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Examples of prohibited content include, but are not limited to:
Celebrity photographs without authorization
Professional sports team logos
Brand logos and trademarks
Movie characters
Television characters
Anime or manga characters
Video game artwork
Disney, Marvel, DC, Nintendo, Pokémon, Sanrio, Studio Ghibli, and other copyrighted or trademarked properties
Copyrighted artwork or illustrations
Commercial photography without permission
Images downloaded from the Internet without proper authorization
Music album artwork
Protected product packaging or branding
Submitting such content may result in cancellation of your order.
To protect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable laws, Custetch reserves the right to review Customer Content before production.
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order if we reasonably believe that the submitted materials:
Infringe copyrights or trademarks.
Violate publicity or privacy rights.
Are likely to expose Custetch or its partners to legal liability.
Violate this Policy or applicable law.
Our decision to refuse an order does not constitute a legal determination regarding ownership or infringement.
Custetch will not manufacture products containing content that is illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material.
Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
Terrorist propaganda.
Violent extremist content.
Graphic violence.
Hate speech.
Racist or discriminatory material.
Criminal activity or instructions for unlawful conduct.
Fraudulent documents.
Forged government identification.
Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
If we reasonably believe uploaded content may involve criminal activity or pose a serious threat to public safety, we reserve the right to preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.
By uploading Customer Content, you grant Custetch a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of:
Reviewing your order.
Creating engraving artwork.
Manufacturing customized products.
Performing quality control.
Packaging and shipping.
Providing customer support.
Processing warranty or after-sales services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Custetch.
The license automatically terminates once the order has been completed and applicable retention periods have expired.

Product descriptions
Logos
Trademarks
Graphics

is owned by Custetch or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
